Aqua Workout with your baby
This is a 45 minute aqua-based work out program for parent and child. It is designed to improve parents’ fitness and to introduce babies to the water. The program is made of a moderately paced, low impact and fat-burning aqua aerobic exercises for the parents.
This ensures that the children are engaging in age and ability appropriate activities and that the work out program is adjusted accordingly.
There was a desire to regain their figures and keep fit, but many could not or did not want to leave their child. Hence this program was created, enabling mothers to engage in a mutually benefical exercise program with their children.
